Great Customer service!
I had the great fortune of having my car serviced by City Tire on Saturday 9/11. My son and I were traveling to a college campus visit and we got a flat tire. After a recommendation from Clever Towing, I called City Tire to see if they could help us as the tire need to be completely replaced. Given that the shop would be closing at 12:00 noon, I was concerned that we might not make it to them in time. Kim from City Tire assured me that they would get me back up and running and on the road even if we were cutting it close on the time. They got in and out very quickly and made a very unpleasant experience very pleasant. Thank you all so much for that!!! I am so appreciative of these folks for making a very stressful situation much less stressful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services!
